Business case
The J.P. Morgan online experience, home to our affluent and high net worth clients, had not been a priority on the digital product roadmap. The site was outdated, with limited functionality, and clients had no way to view their Wealth Plan online and make sure they were still on track. It had been assumed that this client segment was not particularly active online, however, by 2024, we knew that even ultra high net worth clients expect seamless digital access to their finances. Allowing clients to have greater visibility into their financial plan helps them stay the course during times of volatility, and leads to easier and more frequent contact with their advisor, which strengthens their relationship and deepens trust.
